But I'm going to blog about Britney Spears anyways. So the day after the VMA's, news stories ran rampant about Britney and her horrible performance. I even had a old man ask me on the phones if I'd seen what she had done. "No", I said, because I could care less. Later that night, I became curious, thanks to all the interesting news stories promising great laughs on my part. Needless to say, I was duped into watching her. So I sat in front of my monitor, and watched the four minutes, wondering if all the hype was generated because she was in her underwear. No, I thought, that can't be. I've seen less on a woman. So the act came to a close, and she did not fall off the stage, nor did she rip off her fake hair. I sat there in disbelief, wishing I could have that four minutes back. Pissed that nothing had happened I read some of the comments posted. I wanted to know why she had made the news, why this performance was so horrendous? My answer apparently was, she's fat, she didn't dance, and she did a crappy job of lip syncing. To which I reply, so what, so what, and isn't that what they all normally do? Did you really expect a great performance, I mean, come on, really? So, instead of wasting your time watching her, watch this.
