Keeping a journal
I have always wanted to keep a journal, but every time it ended with about two, maybe four entries (if I was feeling motivated). Usually my journal entries would for the most part be entirely negative. A recent argument I had, some aspect of work that I hated, would dominate my earlier journal attempts. Other times I would sit down to my journal and think, what should I write about, it was just a...

Crocheted wool blanket
I completed this blanket awhile ago, but am so horrible at taking pictures that I was discouraged to even try. So here it is. Super warm, a little small (hoping it will stretch), and is a b*tch when you hear the all familiar static sound. ZAAAPPPP. Btw, can you spot the kitteh?

Reviewing cases for Legue of Legends and someone thoughtfully wrote why someone should be banned
“If only category was multiple select, but alas. This degenerate sat in the well and admitted to hitting alt tab, he then came back to deny surrender votes and intentionally feed. I would cite him for verbal harrassment, but he has no aptitude at it and his impotent slander is merely vaccuous...

Today
I spent the whole day in my pj’s, hung out with my love, baked a shit ton of cookies, watched #mlg, and crocheted this bad boy.
PAPOW! ACTION SHOT!
Anyways, working on the other one right now :)
Totally in love with the pic below and was my inspiration into trying to crochet arm warmers.
Should I do my own tree or something else?

Second crochet bag completed
I had plans of selling my first one online, but as my mom has made it very clear that bag is hers, I had to make a new one in order to keep up with the bet I have going on with my husband. As soon as I get home I will have it pictures posted.

Just a thought - talking people down from the...
So I’ve devised a new plan for companies. Companies should introduce a “nice” test. People calling in would have to answer a series of questions like; how upset are you, is this an ongoing issue, and the most important, do you feel it’s ok to scream at the reps answering the call (with/without obscenities)? Then if you don’t pass, maybe get redirected to soothing music, or passed to the employees...

Massive amount of book related questions
I stole this from ohlauren, who stole this from someone else. Den of thieves thing going on. :)
1. Favorite book – I have several; Lamb by Christopher Moore, The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon, The Sherlockian by Graham Moore, The Henry II Trilogy by Sharon Kay Penman, and Kafka on the Shore by Haruki Murakami. OH and Ishmael by Daniel Quinn. Ok, at this point I feel that I must mention...
A House Made from Bookshelves Is So Much Better... →
Say what you will about the death of print and the space hogging nature of physical books, cause I know this much: I’d rather live in this bookshelf house and thumb through pages than a house with Kindle-lined walls. The homeowner wanted his house, located in Osaka, Japan, to be able to store and…
